Waste hauler bond guarantees that the principal will collect and dispose the solid waste as prescribed by the city or county in connection with the contract held with the city or council. The waste hauler should register with the city or the county and have to obtain a certificate of registration from the department before he hauls the waste in the state. To register with the city or county or to get a license, the waste hauler is required to obtain a waste hauler bond. The law requires that the waste hauler is required to comply with terms and condition of the waste hauler bond. This bond ensures the performance of the waste hauler with respect to the law, rules and regulation of the state and federal government. In default of the waste hauler, this bond helps to sue him in the court of law. The function of the waste hauler is to carry the waste i.e. human excreta, waste, scum, sludge and remove the other waste products from the surrounding. To make this purpose only the waste hauler bond is imposed.
